Dear BISC Participants,

on behalf of the Course Chairman, Prof. Markus Scheibel, we would like to inform you about the current situation due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). As you may know, the situation in Europe and worldwide is very serious and the number of concerns is still increasing.

To make sure we can preserve the safety and well-being of all BISC speakers and attendees, we are following the advices given by the health authorities worldwide and are acting accordingly. At the moment, there are no official statements from the authorities about forbidding events the size of BISC 2020 (under 1.000 attendees) and it is hard to make any prognostics about the development of the situation.

Considering this, we believe that postponing the course is the best solution to minimize the health risk for all the people involved.
The new date for the Berlin International Shoulder Course will be January 07-09, 2021.

We hope you will be able to attend in January and thank you for your understanding. You will receive more information about the further procedure in the next few days.
